BookWithCoach ("we," "us") provides a scheduling and booking page for pickleball coaching clinics. This policy explains what information we collect when you use bookwithcoach.com and how it's used.

Information we collect

When you create an account or book a clinic, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We also keep a record of the clinics you book, your booking status (confirmed, waitlisted, or cancelled), and basic usage activity like sign-ups and cancellations, so the coach can manage their schedule.

What we don't collect

We do not collect or store payment information. Coaches on BookWithCoach are paid directly by students outside the platform (for example, via Venmo or Zelle), so we never see or handle your card, bank, or payment app credentials.

How we use your information

Your information is used to run the booking system: confirming or waitlisting you for a clinic, notifying you by email if a class is confirmed, cancelled, or a waitlist spot opens up, and letting the coach see who's registered for their classes. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run BookWithCoach: Supabase (account sign-in and database hosting), Resend (sending booking confirmation and cancellation emails), and Railway (application hosting). These providers process your data only to the extent needed to provide these services, not for their own purposes. The coach whose clinics you book can see your name, email, phone, and booking history for their own classes.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and booking information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account or data deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

BookWithCoach isn't directed at children under 13. If a minor attends a clinic, we expect a parent or guardian to create the account and handle the booking on their behalf.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
