Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bookwithcoach.com ("BookWithCoach," "the site"). By creating an account or booking a clinic, you agree to them.

What BookWithCoach is

BookWithCoach is a booking page for pickleball coaching clinics. Coaches post their upcoming classes; students browse and reserve a spot. We provide the scheduling tool - we aren't a party to the coaching relationship itself, and we don't employ the coaches whose schedules appear on the site.

Accounts

You need an account to book a clinic, created with Google sign-in or an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the name, email, and phone number you provide.

Bookings, waitlists, and cancellations

Booking a clinic reserves you a spot if one is available, or a place on the waitlist if it's full - you'll be moved up automatically if a confirmed spot opens. Clinics that don't reach the coach's minimum enrollment by class time may be cancelled automatically; if that happens, everyone booked is notified by email. You can cancel your own booking at any time from My Bookings.

Pricing and payment

Coaches set their own pricing, which may vary with final headcount and is confirmed with you directly on the day of class. Payment is handled outside BookWithCoach - directly between you and the coach, typically via Venmo or Zelle. We don't process, store, or take a cut of any payment.

Assumption of risk

Pickleball and other physical activities carry an inherent risk of injury. By booking a clinic, you acknowledge that risk and agree that BookWithCoach is not responsible for injuries, property loss, or other incidents that occur during a coach's class. Questions about a specific coach's insurance or safety practices should go directly to that coach.

Acceptable use

Don't use BookWithCoach to book spots you don't intend to use in bad faith, misrepresent who you are, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

No warranty, limitation of liability

BookWithCoach is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any given clinic will run as scheduled. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookWithCoach and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
